The Goodhouse Model

A five-step process, supported with tools and advice, to realise housing that benefits people and place.

Applying community housing, property, finance and government sector experience, and channelling intelligence from economic, market, and policy research, to a strategic approach for identifying, funding and realising appropriate housing for different residents and communities.

Leading projects and partners through the government tender process, with innovative product (re)design and finance structuring, and carefully developed documentation, to achieve success.

4. Cement partnerships

Leading partners though a facilitated project acceptance phase to create the project vision and specifications, negotiating contracts between stakeholders, establishing reporting requirements, and cementing the partnership.

5. Realise housing

Guiding the delivery of housing solutions, with regular reporting and communication to partners, managed risk, stakeholder engagement, and the achievement of financial and social outcomes.
